Do the rooms suit my offerings?
The rooms are furnished for bodywork and consultation suitable for massage, reflexology, kinesiology, osteopathy, physiotherapy, psychology, energy healing and coaching. If you provide wellbeing and self-healing services or are just looking for a quiet space to work the rooms are for you.
What are the hourly rates?
1 hr – $30
3 hrs – $40
5 hrs – $50
8 hrs – $70
What do the rooms include?

When do rooms become available to book?
You can book up to eight weeks in advance.
How do I reserve a room?
Download the House of Prana App and Sign up to create your profile. Choose ‘Appointments’ to book a room.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is up to 24 hours before the start of the room hire appointment. This applies if you reserved a room or booked using a 1 or 5 credit pass.
You can cancel or change a booking through the House of Prana app or website up to 24 hours before the appointment time and won’t be charged.
If you booked using a 1 or 5 credit pass, and cancel after 24 hours (before the appointment time), it will be considered a late cancellation and the credit/s will be deducted.
Refunds are not available for late cancellations or no-shows.
How do I pay for the room?
Payment is processed by the hometeam using your payment method on file, anytime starting from 24 hours before your reserved room hire appointment.
How early should I arrive to set up?
Each room hire appointment has a 15-minute buffer between bookings for you to set up beforehand and pack up afterward, you won’t be charged for this time.
Where do I park?
There’s 3-hour metered parking outside our building, free parking further up George St, and 2 multi-story car parks only a 2-minute walk away. The lane directly opposite our front door leads to the back of the Elizabeth St car park which has free parking in the afternoons.
Clients with limited mobility?
Our front door has six stairs leading to it, the best rooms to hire are on the ground floor, choose rooms 8 or 9. There’s a side door available with a small ramp (no stairs) you can meet your client at the door which is only accessible from the inside.
