Credit memberships include:
- Stress-Free Enrolment — choose how many credits you need each cycle, and they land in your account automatically every 28 days.
- Freedom to Choose — use your credits across both class and appointment schedules. It’s 2 credits for classes and 1 credit for appointments – Self-Reformer and Red Light Therapy.
- Ultimate Flexibility — any unused credits stay with you for as long as your membership is active.

Can I buy a single class?
You can purchase a single session for teacher-led classes for $35
What if i run out of credits early?
Simply cancel and purchase another membership. Go to the House of Prana or Momence App > Memberships > Cancel your active membership. Purchase again.
What if i don't use all my credits?
Any unused credits stay with you for as long as your membership is active.
Can I suspend my membership?
Suspend your membership for a minimum of one week and a maximum of six weeks per 12 months.

How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel via the House of Prana App / My Memberships, or send us a message in the House of Prana App’s inbox.
For unlimited memberships with a 12-week minimum commitment, cancel within the app. during the 11th week.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online and sent to the recipient via email. You can schedule the email gift to be sent at the perfect time, or create a gift card below.
If you would like a physical gift card, please request it by email [email protected]. We will arrange one ready for you to pick up at the studio, and allow up to 3 days’ max notice.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed through the House of Prana app or the website.
When booking your class, select ‘use this gift card’ to apply the gift code found in the email or on the physical card.
