Im new, do you have an intro offer?
We recommend starting with a credit-based month-to-month membership so you can try all classes without a lock-in contract and cancel anytime.

Can I suspend my membership?
Suspend your membership for a minimum of one week and a maximum of six weeks per 12 months.

Credit-based memberships are month-to-month (28 days) with no lock-in contract.
Unlimited memberships have a 12-week minimum commitment.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel via the House of Prana App / My Memberships, or send us a message in the House of Prana App’s inbox.
For unlimited memberships with a 12-week minimum commitment, cancel within the app. during the 11th week.
Can I buy a single class?

How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online and sent to the recipient via email. You can schedule the email gift to be sent at the perfect time, or create a gift card below.
If you would like a physical gift card, please request it by email [email protected]. We will arrange one ready for you to pick up at the studio, and allow up to 3 days’ max notice.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed through the House of Prana app or the website.
When booking your class, select ‘use this gift card’ to apply the gift code found in the email or on the physical card.
