Red Light Therapy

Photobiomodulation

Red and near-infrared light therapy uses gentle, low-level wavelengths to activate your body’s natural ability to repair, renew, and restore. Also known as photobiomodulation, this non-invasive treatment delivers therapeutic light deep into the body — reaching muscles, joints, and even the mitochondria, your cells’ energy centres.

As your cells absorb the light, they shift into a more energised, efficient state, supporting tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and restoring balance from the inside out. Over time, this cellular ripple effect may lead to improved recovery, deeper sleep, healthier skin, brighter mood, and a greater sense of overall wellbeing.

This 20-minute warm-light experience is self-serve and included with credit-based memberships.

1 session = 1 credit (or $25 drop in)

How Red Light Works

When light energy (photons) is absorbed through the skin, it triggers the release of nitric oxide, improving blood flow, circulation, and oxygen delivery to tissues. This increased circulation supports repair, regeneration, and overall cellular health.

RLT also boosts ATP production (cellular energy), supports collagen formation, and reduces inflammation — helping the body recover, restore, and rebalance.
